With winter nearly upon us, it’s true that right now everybody is probably thinking more about skis than pedals.
But this week, we stumbled across some pictures which had been shared by guests who stayed at Crescendo over the summer and we started reminiscing about another great season of mountain biking at Big White.
Our biking crazy guests had a blast as they rolled out of bed, hopped onto their bikes, out of Crescendo and straight down to the nearby chair lifts.
The lifts would then whisk them (and their bikes!) to the top of the mountain, where they found themselves in mountain biking heaven – with a choice of no less than 19 world-class biking trails at their feet.
At Big White, the trails offer something for everyone, with a wide range of clearly marked trails for all levels. The resort even features a gnarly jump trail, bike park, and more technical skill areas for those who want to test themselves and take their riding to the next level.
One of the great things about staying at Crescendo is that after a long day of biking it’s an easy ride home. Crescendo is nestled on the corner of the slopes – right by the Gondola and Hummingbird runs. So, when guests are all biked out and ready to hang up their helmets at the end of the day, they can just roll straight back into the house.
Crescendo is open all year round, offering luxury accommodation for bikers, hikers, skiers, and mountain lovers, in the heart of Big White Village, BC.
You may be dreaming of the champagne powder right now, but it’s never too early to book your summer mountain bike vacation at Big White.
