Minimum Stay: 5 nights (unless negotiated otherwise)

HST of 12% is added to the daily rate
Initial 50% due at time of booking (as is execution of the Rental Agreement)
Remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival

A $2000 Security Deposit is required 30 days before arrival

All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars.

 
The Minimum Stay of 5 nights is negotiable on an individual basis.  Stays shorter than 5 nights include a cleaning fee of $500.
