Minimum Stay: 5 nights (unless negotiated otherwise)

GST of 5% is added to the daily rate.

A $2000 Security Deposit is required upon signing rental agreement.

The Minimum Stay of 5 nights is negotiable on an individual basis.  Stays shorter than 5 nights include a cleaning fee of $500.
